NICA end-to-end rebranding
Part of the strategy work involved working out how to address the significant amount of time staff were dealing with telephone enquiries chasing everything from term dates to rental costs on facilities, performance times, and application cut off dates.
Page design on the website was influenced by a desire to create a snapshot of information on a short course, for example, that didn't change year to year. And then all the changing content: costs, dates etc would be available in a downloadable PDF.
By creating a series of easiliy identifiable headers for the PDFs, staff didn't have to change the website, simply update the templated word document and upload a new PDF.
